Bookings and prices
The price shown when you book is the price you pay, based on the areas, parcel size and speed you choose. If the parcel is bigger or heavier than described, or the address is different, the price may change and we will tell you before delivery.
Payment
You can pay online through Paystack (Mobile Money or card) or pay the rider on pickup. Prices are in Ghana cedis (GH₵).
Packing and prohibited items
Please pack parcels securely. We do not carry cash, illegal items, weapons, flammable or dangerous goods, or live animals, and we may refuse any parcel we believe is unsafe.
Delivery
We aim to deliver within the time of the service you choose. If we cannot reach the receiver, we will contact you and try again or return the parcel; extra trips may be charged.
Claims
If your parcel is damaged or lost while with us, contact us within 48 hours with your tracking number. Our liability is limited to [add amount] per parcel unless agreed otherwise in writing.
