Who we are
Swift Courier (“we”, “us”) provides parcel pickup and delivery services. We respect your privacy and handle personal data in line with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana.
Information we collect
- Bookings: sender and receiver names, phone numbers, addresses, email (optional) and parcel details.
- Delivery updates: the status of your delivery and notes added by our riders.
- Contact forms: the details you type into the form.
Card and Mobile Money details are entered on the secure page of our payment provider, Paystack. We never see or store your card number or PIN.
How we use your information
- To pick up and deliver your parcel and contact you or the receiver about it
- To send you your tracking number and delivery updates
- To process payments and keep accounting records
- To reply to your messages
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the rider handling your delivery, and with service providers who help us run the website and process payments (such as Paystack and our web host), or when required by law.
