Three things decide your price
Your exact price appears on the booking form as soon as you choose your areas.

Base fee
Every delivery starts from GH₵15, covering pickup and delivery by a rider.

Pickup & drop-off areas
A small charge is added for each area, depending on distance. Central areas have no extra charge.

Parcel size & speed
Envelopes are included. Bigger parcels cost a little more, and Express same-day adds a percentage.

How much does a delivery cost?
Every delivery starts from GH₵15. A small charge is added depending on the pickup and drop-off areas and the size of your parcel. You see the exact price before you book — see our Pricing page for the full list.
How fast will my parcel be delivered?
Standard deliveries arrive the next working day. Choose Express when you book and we deliver the same day — perfect for urgent documents and orders.
How do I pay?
Pay online when you book with MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money or any Visa/Mastercard card — or simply pay the rider in cash or MoMo when we pick up.
How do I track my parcel?
You get a tracking number as soon as you book. Enter it on our Track page to see every step, from pickup to delivery. We also email you each time your parcel moves.
What can’t I send?
For everyone’s safety we don’t carry cash, illegal items, weapons, flammable or dangerous goods, or live animals. Food is fine if it is well packed.
Do you work with businesses?
Yes. Online shops and offices can send many parcels with one pickup, and we can collect payment from your customers on delivery. See our Business Delivery page.
